Do you offer refunds or exchanges due to change of mind?
No, due to the cake toppers being a food product and custom-made for you we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
What if I received my cake topper and there is an error in the design?
If you receive your cake topper and it’s not as described please contact us for a refund or if there is enough time we will post out a replacement cake topper free of charge.
We will ask that you email us a photo of the cake topper.
What if I haven’t received my cake topper and it’s past the estimated delivery time?
Please get in contact with us via the contact us page with your details and tracking number and we will get in contact with Australia Post.
We do not refund for late or lost in transit orders. If you selected the express post option it comes with up to $100 insurance, we can lodge a compensation claim with Australia Post for late, damaged and lost items.
